your better off with a big stopper filter which will do a dam sight better than your suggesting, if that is not enough you put a half grad on top of that too.
I agree, f14-16 is more than enough on a wide angle lens.
on a wide angle lens you will achieve front to back sharpness as this is what they are designed to do.
The reason you should use f14-16 is because this is getting very close to the lenses sharpest aperture, F22 tends to be it's poorest.
Oh and just one more thing, and again only my personal opinion, the flowers should have been more blurry, it's also a shame there is nothing fixed in the image, this would be good as it would be sharp and show you meant to blurr the flowers rather than taking a bad soft shot.
Hi nice video, and like the effect of movement in the shot, just a real shame that there was no drama in that bland sky. I love landscapes and for me there has to be a good sky in the shot.
Bryan Peterson's information in this and previous videos are like fast food: prepared and served quickly with little consideration to quality or significance.
Note to Adorama: stick with Gavin Hoey and Mark Wallace.
I see you don't agree with the comments. No one is forcing you to read them. but you chose to speak up instead of "moving along." A lot of the negative comments here serve the purpose of informing other viewers that this video ain't the best.
Adorama pays a bunch of photographers to make these videos, so I think Adorama deserves some feedback from their audience about which videos they think are half-assed.
It is hard to understand the hate expressed in some comments. These are FREE videos. No one pays to view them. No one is forced to view them. If you don't like his work, or don't agree with his technique, just move along….

just commercials for filter, no teaching!
Not buying it Sorry Bryan.
f22 and wide angle? f13-16 should be more than enough..
this was a poor example of what an ND filter can do…
i dont agree
variable ND is high on my 'to-get' list! 😀
the video and tips are helpful but I'm confused as to why you recommended such a poor filter over a B&W, Hoya or a Singh Ray.

Welcome to the internet
Another interesting creative tip, thanks Bryan!
Kind of prefer the first photo, the other one maybe artistic but its a bit of a mess. ND filters are good for water though.
i know what nd filters do but i prefer cokin glass filters
not a big fan of variable neutral density filters
What happened to Bryan in HD?
a good photo should be like an orgasm for your eyes
We are getting a lot of mileage out of these fields. I think this is the third video from that location Brian…
I'm pretty sure Vivitar has very bad optical quality compared to B+W and Hoya…..

Great tip Bryan, thanks.
I liked it without the nd filter :/
And he doesnt have eyes to see that his vids are not in good quality???
the first picture is way better MEHHHHH
hLove how people refer to it as your camera, haha when Its the Adorama crew that films it!
F22 is overkill for a wide-angle lens.
Recorded on a Potato once again, 360Potato!
