Forgive my ignorance StreetHunters. You are Greek speaking English in Germany and it appears most of the Germans spoke English. Is that normal for Europeans visiting other European countries? Is English the default language across countries?

The argument against taking pictures of homeless people was the most compelling one I have ever encountered. I've never considered it in terms of privacy.
