My most common mistake recently is turning on bracketing and then leaving it on. Why was that image so overexposed? Why was that one so underexposed? Why does my exposure keep…oh…
Worst thing I did – shoot a Fireworks show for a company, then discover the meaning of 'Varifocal' lens. I recomposed and zoomed in on the show without refocusing and lost most of the shots due to being out of focus. Thankfully I was shooting with 2 cameras and had a few shots to give them that they loved – but not as many as I'd hoped.
Hey! So I have a Nikon d5300 and I'm planning on buying my first Prime Lens. I'm looking for a lens that has lots of depth of field and is good for video, any help?
On the real first one…yeah I've been there done that, wrote the book :>
though it can make for funny shots, for me it's usually setting the shutter speed too slow, or in other modes too low a ISO so the camera sets a long shutterspeed. Though can be interesting when your photographing a eagle or something and it creates a blurr.
Oh Come on this whole thing is just stupid, no one does that first mistake of putting the camera on a cliff more then….maybe 50 times, by thats how long it took me :> J/k.
Once I was taking pictures outdoors, and I finished taking pics of the landscape and saw a bunch of deers. So I decided to go closer and put on the bigger objective, pressed "click" and then BIP BIP BIP BIP BIP haha, stupid timer…damn it. And all the wild animals ran away :-D
Why dont they make cameras that have dual shutter releases. You can press the shutter release button OR press your remote to take a picture. There should not be a need to change the drive setting.
"to blend in later"…."in post later". I'm so glad I went back to film.I shoot color negative with a huge 2 1/4" x 6 3/4 negative area. Ive memorized EV setting so I don't use a meter and my mechanical shutter requires no battery. Ah! Life is good!
