Thank you Michael. Good Stuff. Q: If I have speed lights, let's say Canon 430 EX II and I want to mix ambient light with flash. And I take a reading of the background, and lets say I want to add light with flash, and the reading in i.e: 1/1250 @ 5.6 how do you dial that into a speed light if they don't have those 5.6 setting and only manual 1/8 1/4 1/2 etc.
