just a quick suggestion. instead of showing one picture and then the other, show them side by side that way we can see the different better without having to rewind. Amazing pictures.!!
Mannie your work is amazing my brother. I'm getting off the ground with my photography and want to invest in a light modifier. I'm struggling with the size and type. I noticed you have many tools. Would you recommend I start with the collapsible beauty dish you use on the video or a soft box like your Paul C buff. Also what size?
For me it just a tool, some lots look pretty good with a flash other with natural light. The question I have is why not use a bounce with natural light.
Manny thank you so much for sharing all these amazing tips…I have only been shooting since January, yes I coincidentally bought Sony, I had no clue DSLR/Mirrorless, etc…I mostly take pictures of dogs and animals, I have the a7ii, when animals get moving it is hard to get allot of them in focus, do you feel the a6000 may focus quicker and better? Just started following you on IG and going to join your facebook, do you offer work shops or video tutorials, full time student/full time father I am need to be very careful with my budget, but I would invest in any of your programs if you offer them…
I LOVE the tracking on the eye that you get in live view. is this only in Sony cameras or can you get this in Canon as well? I'm not totally up to speed in live view settings
Some great shots of your long suffering wife there Manny 🙂 I'm just curious to know did you deliberately have Face Detection turned off, and, if so, why?
great shots manny. thank you for the comparison. question though. will you be getting the a6500 when it releases? tell your wife good job modeling as well. keep it up you guys. great stuff.
your guys have a great chemistry together. Amazing photos. My favorites are the black & white and the photo that your wife arms crossed. Thank you for sharing.
Hey Manny, I just discovered your channel. Very good videos by the way… Let me ask you something, answer me only if you can:
I'm using a Sony a77 with a Nissin Di622mk2. I was thinking, is there any way of getting similar results to your shots with my flash and an umbrella for example?
I preferred all of the natural light photos when there was a lot of greenery in the back, but the lighted photos by the pond with a lot less greenery were OutFreakingStanding!!!
thanks for making this video. im in the market to buy a flash. can you make a video showing how the flashpoint xplor 600 ttl works with the a7rii. thanks.
